Most organic stains are included. Some synthetic stains may require additional charge. Stain removal is not a guarantee, it depends on the stain. They may lighten up but may not be removed 100%. We can talk about that during your carpet cleaning estimate. We will do our absolute very best to remove them. We apologize, but due to liability reasons we do not move furniture.
